1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and winboleh ("Platform", "we"). This platform operates under recognised international licensing.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Account" means the registered account you open for the purpose of using winboleh services.

2. Player Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), a valid mobile phone number, an active email address, and your correct date of birth. Falsifying registration information is a serious breach that may result in account closure without compensation.

winboleh reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or e-wallet account details. Failure to comply with verification requests within the stipulated period may result in a temporary account suspension.

3.3 Password Security

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account password remains confidential and is not shared with any other party. winboleh will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

winboleh supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM10
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is verified

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the winboleh account. winboleh reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or cases showing unusual activity.

Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted. This is to prevent misuse of the platform's payment system.

4.4 Fees and Taxes

winboleh does not charge processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any tax obligations applicable to your winnings under local laws.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

winboleh offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Balance RM2,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• winboleh reserves the right to cancel any bonus found to have been obtained through fraud or system abuse.
• Other promotional offers such as weekly cashback through the VIP programme are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer.

5.3 VIP Programme

winboleh operates a VIP programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. Tier advancement is determined based on the player's activity record and loyalty.

6. Player Responsibilities

As a winboleh platform user, you agree to:

• Use the platform for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only and not in a commercial capacity.
• Ensure that all information provided to winboleh is accurate and kept up to date from time to time.
• Not share your account with any other individual or allow others to access your account.
• Accept that gambling involves real financial risk and to wager only with money you can afford to lose.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of bots, automated software or any artificial intelligence assistance in gameplay.
• Matched betting or strategies designed to exploit promotions unfairly.
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the gambling system.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Any form of threats, intimidation or inappropriate conduct towards staff or other users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 By winboleh

winboleh reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is suspicion or evidence of fraud, a breach of these terms, or activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform. In such cases, real money balances may be withheld pending the completion of an investigation.

8.2 By the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting winboleh customer support. Before closure, any remaining real money in your account may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions stated.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

For players who feel they need a break or have concerns about their gambling habits, winboleh offers temporary or permanent self-exclusion options. Contact our customer support to activate this feature.

9. Personal Data Protection

10. Platform Liability Limits

winboleh is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection interruptions, or device issues beyond the platform's control.
• Losses resulting from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.
• Changes in cryptocurrency value during transaction processing periods.

In all circumstances, winboleh's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have legitimately deposited into the platform within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Responsible Gambling
